Heather Hopwood, HIS

Heather Hopwood has worked in the Healthcare industry for over 12 years. She came to work for Hear Michigan in 2019, and her patients are always surprised that she remembers them all by name! As a wearer of hearing aids, Heather can easily relate to her patients as she completely understands the frustrations that go along with them. She also understands the differences patients experience when they can hear things while using a hearing aid.

Family is very important to her, as she has three children, 1 granddaughter, a fiancé, stepchild, and 4 fur babies. She has lived in Newaygo her whole life and love the relationships she has been able to build in her own community.
