The experience was excellent. I have not been for an assessment in years. The receptionist was amazing at covering details and forms. Don, our audiologist was exceptional. She was patient and she was informative and she was kind. And thorough. Happy to recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hearing tests were professional done. They took the time to clearly explain my results and recommendations going forward. At no time did I felt pressured to make quick decisions.

Very happy with my first appointment so far. I have Phonak Audeo P90-RT, they are in their 3rd year, I got them from someone else (who was 50 minutes away). I have always liked the Phonak P90-RTs but, after my first appointment @ Hear Michigan Centers-Zeeland, I like them even better. They were able to match my hearing aids to my hearing test better than they were before, which has helped me hear even better. And they are only 15 minutes away.

PROMPT EFFICIENT CARING

Lyle is attentive and knowledgeable. He noticed my ear was slightly pink where plastic was digging into my ear. Lyle looked concerned, removed hearing aid, made minor adjustment then no more problems. Everyone is always pleasant and caring.

When you get that time that you need an exam and hearing aids Hear Michigan is definitely the place to go. Very professional and friendly in providing services. Explained hearing exam results and answered any questions I asked about the test and what options I had in selecting the correct hearing aids. Discussed my life style and the degree of hearing lose so as to select the hearing aids that would give the best results. I will be getting the hearing aids in the coming week and look forward to having Hear Michigan fit the new hearing aids.
