Absolutely awful customer service and broken promises. I had to return a hearing aid because they didn't process it at the time they said they would, so I was charged for the full amount despite being promised that it would be billed before my insurance reset. The receptionist, who was trying her best to help, gave us the number for her boss, which turned out to be his personal phone number and he ACCUSED US OF LYING ABOUT WHERE WE GOT HIS NUMBER. the entire experience was awful and I'm down a hearing aid that I genuinely need. The whole thing was ridiculous and it left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Everything went as expected.

Been going to the Hearing Center in Chelsea for well over 10 years. This last visit my partner and I had an appointment with Laura, a new audiologist at this location. In one hour we learned more about hearing loss and how to deal with it as we age than weu2019ve ever heard before. Our relationship has been improved greatly already thanks to Laura and the information she shared with us. Sheu2019s the real deal and we highly recommend her.

I popped in unannounced from out of town with an inoperable hearing aid and audiologist Laura diagnosed the problem- a broken receiver wire - and called several places until she found a place in Ypsilanti that had one. Laura went way out of her way to help me and I am most grateful. If I lived around here Iu2019d go to Laura as my audiology professional. Thank you Laura!!

My experience was extraordinary! The staff was friendly. I went in with hearing aids that were not charging. They discovered the problem was the cord. They gave me an extra cord they had and I was on my way and able to hear well again. I would highly recommend this Chelsea location!

Sarah is very knowledgeable about my hearing problems including tinnitus and what hearing aid would be best for me. All the staff was very personable and genuinely cared about each individual. I would recommend her to my friends.

I take my mother to Hear Michigan Centers in Chelsea MI. Sarah and Peggy are so kind, helpful and fun to work with, I highly recommend them to anyone. They are amazing!

I went in to discuss hearing aids but felt like I was dealing with a used car salesperson. I like to know how much something is before agreeing to the purchase but that question seemed to almost offend the provider. When they finally calculated the price, they gave me the attitude that I should be grateful it was so low.

Sarah has been very helpful with my husbands hearing aid purchase. She has fit him perfectly with hearing aids he likes and fit comfortably. She has been very informative with the use and suggestions to make his experience a good one. I would recommend to anyone with hearing issues to make an appointment with Sarah.

Just needed a cleaning with my hearing aids. I got in on a canceled appointment just before I was to leave on 3 week trip. I walked out of there hearing far less than when I walked in. Sarah told me the aids are at the end of its life. With the power I need its not performaning. So, MY wife takes a look at them and found debris it. helped alot. So since I couldn't hear Sarah max my volume and now it's too loud and can't squeeze me in to take 5 min. To drop the volume. I got brushed aside and Sarah didn't resolve my issue because the next appointment was in. Not a good start with new company name.

Sarah is awesome. She takes her time and you never feel rushed out the door. Highly recommended.

Peggy & Sarah were so helpful & very professional. My husband has suffered from Tinnitus for many years. It was progressively getting worse when we heard about how great Sarah is at evaluating, treating & within minutes she had changed his life. He says it's wonderful & can hear so much better. Diane Mamut changed how I had been using my hearing aids. She tested my hearing, and adjusted several settings to optimize my ability to make out speech and the effects of background noise. She took a lot of time to show me each option and made sure I was set appropriately! I cannot tell you what a change this has made! I highly recommend Belsano Hearing in Chelsea MI. In my search for new hearing aids, I was thinking of Scandinavian products, as they seemed to have an edge with research, development and price. My project was derailed by COVID, as it made no sense to risk searching for vendors whose infection control practices would be unknown to me. The lure that brought me back to Chelsea was not the product or the price, but the genuine care for me as a person, not just a client by Diane and Sarah. I told Diane about the research I had done and what I was thinking about even though it was hard to tell her I wanted to go elsewhere. She was respectful and let her character speak for itself. I have not changed my mind about the exorbitant prices charged for hearing aids in American industry nor do I anticipate Medicare will cover hearing aids in my lifetime. I do like my newest hearing aids with an actual improvement (rechargeable!). Diane and her staff deserve all the stars available and my gratitude for their stellar customer concern and care. I went in because of a mailing I got. Then I found out I was past due for my hearing aids to be CLEAND & hearing to be tested.

I went to Belsono Hearing Center in Chelsea, MI after getting a letter in the mail for a free hearing test, I scheduled an appointment and actually met them at The Womanu2019s Expo in Jackson before the appointment. I introduced my self and my daughter and told them I was coming to their office, they were very friendly and Peggy remembered making my appointment. I have hearing aids but they were older and not helping my hearing. Kim, gave me a hearing test and I fit me for their hearing aids. It was amazing what I had been missing in my everyday life. I ordered my hearing aids and I am so happy with them. Now I can hear my family so much better when we talk. Life is so much better. Everything was explained to myself and my daughter, they encourage you to bring someone with you to the appointment. I now have a device where my TV comes through my hearing aids, I donu2019t need close caption anymore, I can hear the TV and it is comfortable. Now I can enjoy movies, etc without having to turn up the TV so loud that it bothers others in the house. Kim has helped me so much, she is friendly, has a great personality and really listens to help you get the best hearing possible. Peggy is wonderful too, she is great on the phone and makes you feel welcome in the office. They even provide coffee and cookies along with great hearing!

Dr. Hollister was so knowledgable in helping my mother to understand speech . The tv is down and I'm not repeating. My mother looks forward to her return visits for the wonderful care given by that team!

Diane was expert at analyzing my issues and fine tuning my devices. She also took the time to explain how to properly clean and maintain the earpieces. Peggy is always helpful and friendly. Awesome service!

I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff is freindly and caring . As I get used to my hearing aids, Diane has been patient and helpful is as minor tweaks have been made.
