Candice was wonderful! She was all alone that day and everything went smoothly.

We appreciate the time spent with Paul. Putting in new tubes, giving him a hearing check via the hearing aids. Making a few adjustments.

The examiner did a fine job, had a great manner, explained things well, and answered questions. The test was well organized. I suggest adding a word hearing test, as I have found that persuasive elsewhere. I will also want to try out some aids before I commit.

I have worn hearing aids my whole life and have never had an office made me feel so at-home. The receptionist, Deborah, was so friendly and helpful. After every visit she has made sure that I was well taken care of and given all the necessary tools to have high functioning aids! She even went as far as helping me find a new office when I relocate. Jason and Mike each connected with me on a personal level and ensured that my aids were set to go! Overall, I am extremely grateful for this office and would recommend it to anyone!

Pleasant, efficient and professional service. I only wish I had thought to request a retest with the hearing aid on.

Thanks out to Jason and Debra for smooth sailing through a new experience for me. Didn't know what I was missing. I guess tinnitus isn't normal either. "Did you hear this one?" As a matter of fact, I did!

I had been coming to see Katy for years. She was always very caring and helpful. When I walked in for a scheduled re-check earlier this year, I could immediately see things were going to be different. It just didn't have that familiar "welcome" atmosphere. I found out Katy was no longer there. I was also told that I needed an appointment to see someone, and that I may not see the same person on my next visit. I want to see someone that cares, and not someone who is on a rotating schedule. I found a different provider that provides personal, and caring service, that truly listens.

The people here are very good at their job, friendly and professional. My experience was great. I highly recommend them.

Had some issues fine tuning my hearing aids, but they were helpful. In adjusting them where they were beneficial to me in both volume and reducing background noise, and hearing my own voice that doesn't sound hollow and vibrating. Thanks JS

I have gone here for years, however since the sale of the practice to Hear Michigan, knowledge & service have declined. On the positive side, they did resolve the issue with my hearing aid that had a setting wrong. Not staffed by audiologists anymore (i.e. Katy or Debra), just hearing aid specialists who do not have the an equivalent or comparable knowledge base. It's clear Complete Hearing Care is part of a larger corporation that is focused on hearing aids, not necessarily their clients' hearing health. A representative from Hear Michigan contacted me about my review. I shared my concerns and she said she was going to escalate them. Sadly, I don't think it will do much good. A new issue has arisen since I spoke to her. I was told by Starkey (my hearing aid brand) support that the full functions of my aids were not enabled by the provider (that would be Hear Michigan). Today when I called I found out they only have limited staff on MWF and their Okemos location is now closed. I also find it misleading that despite haven taken over the practice over a year ago, they still are using Dr. Gilroy's (he's retired) office name on the initial phone greeting & they've not made any attempt to correct the signage. Your response doesn't help. There won't be a next appointment.

Service was great from office asst. and had thorough evaluation and adjustments. New settings have improved my hearing.

These folks sent a solicitation letter to my mom who has been dead for nearly 4 years. When I called to have her name removed I had to go through all sorts of menus and then the recording was rather rude. Saying I had to read the address exactly off the envelope to be taken off their list. Really? No compassion for the loved ones left behind. Unable to talk to a real person. Stop it with the mass mailing. It is unkind to people who have lost loved ones. Edited to add: after I reached the proper menu choice I didn't have the envelope with me so I hung up and thus you could not find anything. Most most people throw envelopes away.

My spouse and I finally decided to get our hearing tested. We were awesomely pleased with their service, the audiologist and Debra, the office worker. They both went out of their was to be of service, answering our concerns & questions in knowledgeable detail and kindness. We will be returning again to this office.

Was surprised about trying on hearing aids I didn't think my hearing was all that bad what a difference it made. Hearing aids are over priced I know the office does not have control over that but technology has become lower in cost except for this field. Was happy with how tests were done just can not afford them and my insurance pays 1500.

my left hearing aid quit working and I called about 4:30. Despite the late hour they got me in, repaired the aid and got me on my way. This was really important because I was working out of town the whole next week.

Robyn & Dana took such AMAZING care of my 6 year old when he needed hearing testing. They are exceptionally kind and caring, as well as thorough & efficient! We couldn't be happier, and he even enjoyed the testing experience (which, for a 6 yr old is saying a LOT). Thank you both for being so awesome!

Very satisfied patient for over eight years, two sets of hearing aids. Theoriginal recommendation was that my wife and son should have a say in whether to purchase or not since they are the ones who have to repeat. Suggestions are clearly made with one eye on protecting my pocketbook - not a quality often associated with this industry. Dr. Katy Thompson carefully matched the aid's outputs against results of my hearing test. Life is definitely better because am able to hear well.

Dana was wonderful and very professional!

I came to Complete Hearing Care when Katy Thompson asked me to just stop in sometime and she could help me with my hearing. For me it was embarrassing to not be able to hear. I am so excited that I know Katy and I am blessed that she has a great talent and was able to diagnose my hearing loss so perfectly. Then she referred me to Dana to create a hearing aid that works perfectly with every variation of hearing losses that I have. Dana is highly skilled to be able to adjust my hearing aids to perfection. And Robyn is the sweetest ever and always polite and happy when you come in. My hearing needs were unique and Katy and Dana and Robyn took care of every need that I have for one on one clients as well as teaching a classroom full of students. I feel like I’m part of so much more now that I can hear everybody. It’s very amazing. All of them told me to always feel free to call or stop in if I ever need any adjustments.
