The examiner did a fine job, had a great manner, explained things well, and answered questions. The test was well organized. I suggest adding a word hearing test, as I have found that persuasive elsewhere. I will also want to try out some aids before I commit.

I have worn hearing aids my whole life and have never had an office made me feel so at-home. The receptionist, Deborah, was so friendly and helpful. After every visit she has made sure that I was well taken care of and given all the necessary tools to have high functioning aids! She even went as far as helping me find a new office when I relocate. Jason and Mike each connected with me on a personal level and ensured that my aids were set to go! Overall, I am extremely grateful for this office and would recommend it to anyone!

I had been coming to see Katy for years. She was always very caring and helpful. When I walked in for a scheduled re-check earlier this year, I could immediately see things were going to be different. It just didn't have that familiar "welcome" atmosphere. I found out Katy was no longer there. I was also told that I needed an appointment to see someone, and that I may not see the same person on my next visit. I want to see someone that cares, and not someone who is on a rotating schedule. I found a different provider that provides personal, and caring service, that truly listens.

The people here are very good at their job, friendly and professional. My experience was great. I highly recommend them.

Had some issues fine tuning my hearing aids, but they were helpful. In adjusting them where they were beneficial to me in both volume and reducing background noise, and hearing my own voice that doesn't sound hollow and vibrating. Thanks JS

Excellent customer service!

I have gone here for years, however since the sale of the practice to Hear Michigan, knowledge & service have declined. On the positive side, they did resolve the issue with my hearing aid that had a setting wrong. Not staffed by audiologists anymore (i.e. Katy or Debra), just hearing aid specialists who do not have the an equivalent or comparable knowledge base. It's clear Complete Hearing Care is part of a larger corporation that is focused on hearing aids, not necessarily their clients' hearing health. A representative from Hear Michigan contacted me about my review. I shared my concerns and she said she was going to escalate them. Sadly, I don't think it will do much good. A new issue has arisen since I spoke to her. I was told by Starkey (my hearing aid brand) support that the full functions of my aids were not enabled by the provider (that would be Hear Michigan). Today when I called I found out they only have limited staff on MWF and their Okemos location is now closed. I also find it misleading that despite haven taken over the practice over a year ago, they still are using Dr. Gilroy's (he's retired) office name on the initial phone greeting & they've not made any attempt to correct the signage. Your response doesn't help. There won't be a next appointment.

Service was great from office asst. and had thorough evaluation and adjustments. New settings have improved my hearing.

These folks sent a solicitation letter to my mom who has been dead for nearly 4 years. When I called to have her name removed I had to go through all sorts of menus and then the recording was rather rude. Saying I had to read the address exactly off the envelope to be taken off their list. Really? No compassion for the loved ones left behind. Unable to talk to a real person. Stop it with the mass mailing. It is unkind to people who have lost loved ones. Edited to add: after I reached the proper menu choice I didn't have the envelope with me so I hung up and thus you could not find anything. Most most people throw envelopes away.

My spouse and I finally decided to get our hearing tested. We were awesomely pleased with their service, the audiologist and Debra, the office worker. They both went out of their was to be of service, answering our concerns & questions in knowledgeable detail and kindness. We will be returning again to this office.

Was surprised about trying on hearing aids I didn't think my hearing was all that bad what a difference it made. Hearing aids are over priced I know the office does not have control over that but technology has become lower in cost except for this field. Was happy with how tests were done just can not afford them and my insurance pays 1500.

my left hearing aid quit working and I called about 4:30. Despite the late hour they got me in, repaired the aid and got me on my way. This was really important because I was working out of town the whole next week.
