So far so good. Nice people. Accommodating. Nice coffee bar. Hopefully great hearing aids and response to my emails. Nope, no response, changed to 1 star, 5th day waiting for response to email sent Friday morning. Responded immediately to my google review, which was originally 5 stars. Maybe they dont want me? Only there tues wed thurs, my bad thanks for responding. Well, after almost year, not impressed. Had some other health issues and missed a followup. Having big trouble with the ear molds. My insurance covers 3 fittings a year. She tells me 95$. Communication from them essentially nonexistant. They know i cant hear,yet maybe they call,but dont leave message. She treats email like text, 2 or 3 words, the emails contain every communication. I was a homecare nurse, i expect all my healthcare providers to go above and beyond, as I have. They make minimum effort seems. I'll find a better provider

I was very pleased with the service I received and how friendly the staff was and well they knew the products. I would gladly recommend your facility.

The biggest asset that they have is Angela Miles. She is wonderful. She is BY FAR the most knowledgeable technician that I have seen. It is too bad that this locaction has been 'bought out' by a larger corporation. I was there recently for a wire repair and was charged $150. First time that this has happened. I was also informed that I will now be paying for an office visit every time I go there. Time to look elsewhere closer to home. I will certainly miss Angela.

Wonderful office! Angela went above and beyond to help my mom hear again! She was patient and so understanding! My mom has significant hearing loss and would never wear her other hearing aids! Now she can hear and is so happy!!

They have re-scheduled my appointment twice now. First time they told me they double-booked my appointment and the second time they called me two hours before my re-scheduled appointment to tell me they canu2019t keep that one either. Maybe third timeu2019s a charm. Beginning to think I should look elsewhere to someplace that values my timeu2026

My expensive hearing aids keep breaking. I consider myself ripped off.

Great experience for a first timer in search of finding out how bad my hearing really is. Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining each step of the hearing test. She was honest and understanding of my situation and lead me in the direction of my next step to hearing better.

I canu2019t say enough about Angela at Belsono. My 87 year old father purchased hearing aides this week and it was a seamless, enjoyable experience from 2 weeks ago at his initial hearing exam to the pick up and instruction session this past Thursday. Angela is incredibly patient and kind and professional. My dad left there hearing like a champ without a complaint (trust me, that is HUGE!!). Thank you Angela!! I will be referring many people to you!

I had testing done at one of there location. After weeks waiting for information that was supposed to be mail to me I starting calling requesting information about my concerns. I was promised return phone calls that I never received. Finally today after call number twelve they informed me the guy who conducted my test is no longer employed and took his records. All they can do is retest. Based on there communication I would never go there and caution new patients

This is the absolute best office of any hearing services that I have ever found. Thatu2019s saying a lot since I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years. Angela is terrific at her job and goes way beyond what most technicians usually do. On top of that, she is a very nice person to know. Even though I live a hundred miles away from this office, (we found it since our daughter lives in the area), I will continue to use the services from here. Five stars for service and friendliness!!!

This branch has the most thoughtful and personable staff. When my great aunt was going through a difficult time getting her hearing aides (for reasons other than the company) they worked around the clock to be as helpful as possible. When I called they could even recognize my voice and call me by name. Not only that but when it came to any of their other services they went above and beyond to help us. They truly care about their clients.

Ever since my mom received her knew hearing aids, it's made conversations much easier. Angela has been nothing but helpful and always there to take care of my mom's hearing needs. I would recommend Angela and Belsono hearing to anyone that needs it.

Customer Service is TOP-NOTCH!!! My wife was having an issue with one of her hearing aids, she called Belsono, see was told to drop it off, I left the house 10 min before they closed, called on the way, and Peggy said she stay open for me. When I showed up 10 min after they closed she asked to see the hearing aid 1st after she looked at it she thought only the filter needed to be replaced. After she replaced the filter, Peggy gave me a pack of filters and showed me how to do it. PEGGY IS THE BEST!!!
