Leann has great expertise in the latest hearing aid technology. I love my new hearing aids.

I went in because one of my hearing aids would not turn on. I had a warranty, so they said to bring it in and it would be done in 7 to 10 days! Very helpful!

Took my mom here yesterday for a hearing test and to order a new hearing aid. The technician was gentle and kind and the ladies in the office were so friendly and helpful! We were very happy with our experience thus far!

I have been coming here for 8 years. The customer service is impeccable! The staff is always very caring, incredibly welcoming, warm, kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. I recently had a dome stuck in my ear and Jacob with the assistance of Lauren very carefully, gently, and patiently got it out. I am so thankful, and grateful for their kindness and assistance. Jacob is a very talented addition to an awesome staff :o)

The ear specialist was tentative and listened to my concerns. She was empathetic to my needs she made sure I was the right person and right hearing aids.

i wasn't planning on up grading just yet, but after hearing the quality compared to my hearing aids plus a good price and the exceptional customer service by leigh ann i couldn't pass it up.

Caring and listened to what I said. Helped to understand what is going on with my hearing I want to say now the new audiologist they have now are not very attentive. The person didn't know what I was there for unless I said something. They knew nothing about my history or even who I was. I change this review because the last two times I went the person did not know who I was or what I was there for.
